Here at Bury Grammar School we take immense pride in our Combined Cadet Force (CCF), a remarkable programme that stands as one of the largest voluntary CCF in the country and boasts a rich legacy as one of the oldest.
The Bury Grammar School U14 Netball Team has triumphed in the Sisters n Sport National Netball Finals, winning the prestigious Shield Trophy after a day of incredible sporting performance at Loughborough University. This outstanding achievement truly highlights the teams’ dedication, skill, and hard work.
We are absolutely thrilled to announce that Bury Grammar School has been selected to perform at the prestigious National School Theatre Awards ceremony in London’s West End this June! Out of more than 300 schools nationwide, only 15 have been chosen for this incredible opportunity and we are proud to be one of them.
March 2020 is a month we will never forget at Bury Grammar School. It was the beginning of the pandemic and the time we had to send our pupils home, marking the start of a period ofremote learning and a completely unprecedented era.
