1st XI

The 1st XI were leading 1-0 at half time. A second goal early in the second half for Joe Holland deservedly extended the lead. However, a number of individual errors gifted St Bede’s a 4-2 win.

U15s

After the impressive cup win in midweek the U15s continued their impressive form with 4-1 win. The goal scorers were Harry Graham-Scott, Tom Sullivan, Ethan Harrison and Aaron Ebbs.

U14s

The boys started the game on top through a Oliver Taylor goal. The boys dominated the game until half time. The second half saw man of the match Andrew Walker further add to the lead through a Tom Kirby assist, Ben Brown ended any chance of a St.Bedes comeback through an outstanding long range goal.

BGS ran out 3-0 winners, in their best team performance of the season. Well done to all the boys, outstanding effort.

U13s

The U13s were superb this weekend against st bedes. A team that has beaten them by an 8 goal difference at the beginning of the year, bgs turned it around and were leading 3-2 at half time.

The standard of football on show was one of quality and the improvement shown is second to none.

Mutiple goals from Dare and Jennings and a penalty from Taylor meant that BGS scored 5 goals in a highly competitive game.

U12s

The U12 side managed a good 6-3 win against Bede’s. Played in blustery conditions, BGS played some nice passing football. A goal a piece for Flanagan and Lee. Bradbury Mitchell Taylor poaching 4 goals to round off a solid performance.
