Fruit flapjacks on the menu for Year 8 boys

Fruit flapjacks were on the menu for Year 8 boys in their Food & Nutrition lesson on Tuesday morning.

Using dried apricots and other dried fruit, margarine, demerara sugar, golden syrup and porridge oats, the boys mixed and baked their ingredients for the finished product, before reflecting on what went well and what they could have done better.

All of the food looked delicious!
