Sixth Form physicists complete work on magnetic fields

Now that the exams are over, Sixth Form physicists are completing their work on magnetic fields.

They started by reviewing electromagnetic induction from GCSE and were introduced to Faraday's and Lenz's Laws.

They then moved onto exploring why a strong magnet falls more slowly in a copper pipe due to Faraday's law.
