The Year 11 Girls and the Year 12 Art Students visited London on Thursday 21st March.
We visited the Tate Modern and spent the first hour in the Franz West exhibition studying his work and climbing on the sculptures (we were allowed!)
The Tate Modern's new building now hosts 2 new additional floors of open exhibitions as well as a viewing platform. The students spent quite a few hours throughout the day going through the galleries and looking at the incredible art work on show.
In the afternoon we journeyed across London to the Saatchi Gallery and became part of a human sized interactive kaleidoscope, part of the Kaleidoscope exhibition.
All pupils thoroughly enjoyed themselves and gained plenty of inspiration for their Art studies.
