Year 13 play boys v girls netball for Sport Relief

Year 13 students held a boys v girls netball match on Thursday lunch time in aid of Sport Relief.

A squad of 16 Upper Sixth Form girls took on a squad of Upper Sixth Form boys to see who would come out on top in the netball match in the Girls' Senior School Sports Hall.

There was a noticeable oddity, however, as the girls wore the boys' PE kit and the boys wore the girls' PE kit.

Fellow BGS pupils watched on from the sidines. Everyone paid £1 to raise money for Sport Relief, with over £120 being raised in total. The girls were also given a bespoke tattoo upon arrival at the hall.

After a hard-fought contest, the girls team won with a final score of 12-8!

Well done to everyone involved!
