Looking to join us in Year 7?
There are plenty of opportunities for you to visit us. We find the more times your child visits our school, the more relaxed they are by the time Year 7 arrives. They are familiar with our school, know their way around, know lots of friendly faces and importantly feel relaxed and happy in our senior school environment way before they begin senior school in September.
Starting Senior School in September 2027?
We would love to welcome pupils who are currently in Year 5 to our Senior School Experience Day on Tuesday 2nd June 2026, at Bury Grammar School.
This event provides an opportunity to see what senior school life is like here at BGS. Pupils will meet with some of our wonderful teachers and potential classmates, attend fun lessons, as well as trying out some of our exciting enrichment opportunities. Parents are warmly invited to join us at the end of the day for refreshments and to meet and hear from our Principal and Senior Leaders.
The day will run from 8:45am to 2:45pm.
