Form tutors meet with their tutees at the start of each day and are aware of the individual needs of each pupil, there to guide them on a daily basis and play a key role in helping to monitor academic performance and in developing their individual interests and talents.  They will help build resilience and tolerance which will be needed not only as they progress through the school but in an ever changing world.

Heads of Year and senior members of staff make it their priority to integrate pastoral care into every aspect of school life. Our pupils are encouraged to feel secure, cared for and respected and to show care and respect for each other. We recognise that the friendships pupils forge at school will form an essential support network in the years come.
