Role of The Form Tutor
Our Senior School and Sixth Form
The Form Tutor is central to pastoral care at BGS.
They aim to inspire and motivate, and play a key role in overseeing the academic and pastoral welfare of each pupil in their form.
Pupils see their Form Tutor every day during registration and can ask about any uncertainties, however small they may seem. Form Tutors take the time to get to know each pupil individually and are the link between home and school.
Whilst all staff play a key role, the Form Tutor is the main point of contact for parents during a pupil’s school career.
