Senior Prefect Team Announced: A Tradition of Excellence Continues
We are proud to announce the appointment of our new Senior Prefect Team, a group of exceptional students who have earned prestigious and highly sought-after roles within our school community.

Each year, the selection process is marked by an outstanding level of competition. This year was no exception, with a remarkable number of candidates demonstrating not only academic excellence, but also leadership, integrity, and a genuine commitment to the values of our school. The standard was incredibly high, making the final decisions both rigorous and thoroughly considered.
The role of Senior Prefect carries with it a rich history and a deep sense of pride. For generations, these positions have been synonymous with responsibility, service, and the embodiment of our school’s ethos. Those appointed join a distinguished legacy of students who have gone on to make meaningful contributions both within the school and beyond.

Our new Senior Prefect Team impressed throughout the selection process with their confidence, authenticity, and clear dedication to supporting their peers and the wider school community. They will play a vital role in leading by example, acting as ambassadors for the school, and helping to shape the student experience in the year ahead.
We extend our warmest congratulations to the successful candidates and thank all who applied.
Principal, Mrs Jo Anderson told us,
“The Senior Prefect roles represent the very highest standards of student leadership in our school. The level of interest and calibre of applicants this year has been truly exceptional, reflecting the ambition and character of our Sixth Form students. Those selected should be immensely proud — they now carry forward a tradition of excellence that is deeply embedded in our school’s history.”
Head of Sixth Form, Mrs Guest commented,
“Selecting this year’s team was both inspiring and incredibly challenging due to the strength of each candidate. The students appointed have demonstrated not only leadership potential, but humility, resilience, and a genuine desire to serve others. I have every confidence they will make a lasting and positive impact on the school community, and I look forward to supporting the students in their new roles across the coming year.”
