Well-Being

'Happy brains learn best.'  This is central to our philosophy of learning at Bury Grammar School.

We are proud of our leading approach to well-being; care and support for each other lies at the core of our school. This care manifests itself in a number of ways: having the highest academic expectations of pupils and ensuring they achieve their potential; listening to them; giving them the self-confidence to aim high and be themselves; and promoting a happy and positive environment for all.

We put our pupils first.

''Pupil well-being lies at the heart of our ethos.''
